Chargers' Casey Hayward: Picks up another interception
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Hayward picked up three tackles (two solo), one pass defended and an interception in the loss to the Colts Sunday.

Hayward has now recorded three interceptions in the last two games and has picked up a fair number of tackles in the process. With games against the Saints and Raiders up next on the schedule, Hayward will see plenty of opportunities to add onto his interception total.

Chargers' Jason Verrett: Gets burned often in loss
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Verrett finished with three tackles (two solo) in the loss to the Colts.

Verrett was scorched by Colts' wide receiver T.Y. Hilton, who finished the game with eight catches for 174 yards a touchdown. The 25-year-old did leave the contest with an undisclosed injury, but managed to come back back later in the game. Coach Mike McCoy suggested Verrett did get "a ding or two" but declined to elaborate on the extent of the injury.

Chargers' Derek Watt: Picks up first career catch
by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

Watt recorded his first career NFL catch in the loss to the Colts on Sunday.

Watt has only seen 25 snaps on offense through three games, primarily as the lead blocker for Melvin Gordon. Watt's fantasy value will continue to remain limited so long as he's sitting on the bench.

Chargers' Josh Lambo: Makes three field goals in loss
by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

Lambo made all three of his field goals, but did miss one of his two extra-point attempts in a loss to the Colts on Sunday.

Lambo has now made six of his seven field-goal attempts, but only one has come in the 40-49 yard range as the Chargers have stalled out frequently near the red zone. Lambo figures to still be a fantasy asset when the Chargers take on the Saints next week.

Chargers' Manti Te'o: Ruled out for season
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Te'o suffered a torn Achilles during Sunday's loss to the Colts and will now miss the remainder of this season, ESPN's Dan Graziano reports.

Te'o's Achilles injury was confirmed Monday morning, dealing the Chargers yet another crushing blow to start this season. With Te'o destined for surgery and the sideline for the rest of 2016, teammate Denzel Perryman's IDP value should experience a significant uptick, with rookie Jatavis Brown another candidate to help fill Te'o's lost production.
