They head to Philadelphia this week on a two-game losing streak. How quickly things can change. They just haven't looked right the past two games.

Was that defense exposed against the Saints? It sure looked that way. The safeties aren't very good. Without the pass rush, they struggled. Now they have to deal with Kurt Warner.

You have to give Eli Manning credit for playing last week, but now he has to go to the Superdome and play that tough New Orleans defense. The best NFC team (for now) will be decided in that game.

They get a week off -- otherwise known as the Raiders at home -- before the big one in two weeks against the Saints in New Orleans. The key now is Eli Manning's health. They have to hope his foot injury isn't lingering.

Beating Tampa Bay isn't that impressive, but doing it the way they did after a big divisional road game at Dallas is. They are running it as well as anybody, which has been the offensive key.

Seeing how the passing game played in Dallas has to give this team hope for the rest of the season. Those young receivers came up big. Eli Manning was sharp. The defense needs to play better, especially against the run.

They're off to a good start, but we'll know more Sunday when they go to Dallas. The defense will really get a test against that passing team.

The talent level is high and coach Tom Coughlin is one of the best coaches in football. The key for them will be developing a deep threat in the passing game.

They have to get somebody at the receiver spot who can stretch a defense. That was a glaring omission late last season. They should be better on defense than in 2008.

Relax people

We were never going to go undefeated and we were going to have bad games. Hell even if we lose tomorrow, it's still not the end of the season/life as we know it.
