CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has recovered from offseason knee surgery but a toe injury has kept him out of some voluntary practices. He should be fine by the start of training camp. Staring inside linebacker Gerald Hayes has not participated in off-season practices because of a bulging disc in his back. Coaches are optimistic he will be ready to go by the start of training camp.
