--Terrell Owens got a taste of his own medicine during airing of ABC's "The Superstars" on June 23 when a teammate blasted him this time. And it was a supermodel no less. Joanna Krupa let loose on Owens with profanity filled comments (had to bring a smile to Jeff Garcia, Donovan McNabb and Tony Romo) after Owens continuously goofed up in various competitions on the show. Krupa and Owens were the first team eliminated.

Owens, looking disinterested, struggled distance running, bike riding, kayaking and running an obstacle course. He lost the chain on his bike, tipped over several times and lost his paddle kayaking, and got his foot tangled in cargo netting during an obstacle course run, much to the dismay of Krupa.

"I don't want a teammate like that," Krupa yelled. "Calls himself an athlete? What does he get a million dollars for?" She refused to shake Owens' hand at the end. "So cocky? For what? You got in the NFL?"

Said Owens as the two walked away for the cameras: "I feel really bad for your boyfriend."

--At least one Bills fan doesn't care if Owens becomes a locker room disturbance. Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly applauded the move to sign the controversial receiver during an interview with SIRIUS NFL Radio.

Asked who has to make the biggest adjustment, the fans to T.O. or T.O. to playing in a small-market, cold-weather city, Kelly said: "Well, I don't know. I guess it's a little premature to answer that one but T.O. for sure - when it starts to get really cold. But you know what? People talk about how he loves to talk and everything. People say he might be a disturbance in the locker room. You know what I say? I hope he is. We haven't had anything in the locker room. When you walk into a locker room on Monday and you don't know whether your team won or lost, something's got to change."

--The Bills have now sold out their first four regular-season games and continue on pace to hit the 55,000-mark in season ticket sales. The team has sold 53,000 season tickets with a solid two months to go. Last year, Buffalo sold 56,011 season tickets, second most in club history. The record is 57,132 in 1992, the height of the Bills' run to four consecutive Super Bowls.

What makes the current ticket sales numbers impressive and mystifying is that the Bills haven't made the playoffs in nine consecutive years, the economy is in the tank and there was a public outcry over retaining unpopular coach Dick Jauron. Having one fewer game to purchase (the Bills play one regular-season game in Toronto) helped the overall ticket cost.

--SS Donte Whitner is due back in a Cleveland courtroom on July 31 to resolve his disorderly conduct case. A plea deal may be in the works. Whitner is accused of pushing his way past police officers and refusing to leave the scene outside a nightclub in April.

QUOTE TO NOTE
"I've always been impressed with Trent. From the very first day he was here, I thought he had command of the huddle, I thought he had a presence on the field and he's just matured. He's into his third year and he knows a lot more about the league and how it functions and how people play and what it takes to succeed. He's worked awfully hard the whole offseason process and he'll continue to work. I'm really happy with Trent and how he's committed himself." - Coach Dick Jauron on quarterback Trent Edwards, who enters his third season as the team's entrenched starter.

I was reading through some news articles today pertaining to several of the Bills new hirings.  I have to say that I think Buffalo has actually made alot of significant off-season moves that I think may help the Bills round that final corner and get to the playoffs sooner rather than later.  Let me k ...(more)

Ok if the Bills decide to switch to a 3-4 defense this year, i think that with a few personel changes we could possibly develop a very dominating defense. I think that the Bills would have to address some needs through free agency. The major pickup i would like to see the Bills make is to aquire ...(more)

I have made several postings previously on the issue of the Bills 2010 draft and free agency.  I actually do not dislike the hiring of Chan Gailey and think that he certainly has the potential of making the best out of the Bills current roster and of whatever they opt to do in the draft, free agency and or ...(more)

The CBA runs it course in a month with no sign of compromise from the players and the owners, 2010 will be an uncapped year with the total CBA expiring in March of 2011. We should be worried that the sport we all so enjoy will become baseball, hockey and basketball where many of the top players migrate towards the bigger cities with a higher revenue base. This obviously hurts teams like the ...(more)

I can't remember the last time I watched a Pro Bowl. It's the worst of the all-star games by a mile. But somehow, the NFL has made an irrelevant event even worse by staging it the week before the Super Bowl.

The Super Bowl players are out, of course. Some 30 players have been replaced for one reason or another. ...(more)

With all of the offseason hype of not knowing who the next coach was going to be and who the next quarterback is going to be and of all the potential offseason moves as far as draft, trade and or free agency, I figured I would type out a little summary of what I THINK I think and possibly get some feedback from other red and blue bleeders!

(POLL) The Buffalo Bills took a lot of criticism for the hiring of Offensive Guru Chan Gailey, but I think it's totally unwarranted by people who just don't know football.

Chan Gailey, as Head Coach of the Cowboys took them to the playoffs both years in charge. Jerry Jones just

(POLL) Who will the Bills take with the 9th overall pick? I having been hearing possible names such as Sam Bradford, Jimmy Clausen, Bruce Campbell and Anthony Davis. Will they take one of these or will it be someone else? I know it depends on who the coach will be, but you still have an idea of who you want. My 1st mock draft, I have you guys taki ...(more)

I would really like to write something that talked about the Bills roster and how they could/should trade for Mcnabb, switch to a 3-4 and sign a legit Nose Tackle, sign a good tackle and draft one, draft Roland Mcclain who is going to be an impact player right away, but its time to face facts and be realistic.  Since Ralph gave Bill Po ...(more)

I've been reading Judge's and Prisco's stuff for the past week and a bit (both are idiots IMO) and something that Judge said made me wonder for a bit. This isn't specifically about the Bills, just the NFL in general.

I quit being a Bills fan today. Enough is definitely enough.

It feels great. Almost as great as when I quit smoking tobacco cigarettes.

It was simply time that I quit paying high dues for the fact that I just happened to be born in Buffalo.

Call me crazy, but I want more TO. I know he has a mouth and wants the damn ball, but what WR doesn't. He held his own up in Buffalo, not a tough market but he didn't reck the team like most predicted. If we sign draft Claussen or LeFlourve, I think they would be able to get him the ball, lets face it Fitz did.
