Now that the dust has settled a little from last night's decisive defeat to the #1 team in the league, its time to reflect without the emotion of a tough loss.
The Good: You have to be impressed with the play of Sam Aiken. He was the one guy who I thought really showed up last night and if Tommy B could hav

So I feel like I've been neglecting you lot lately so here I am to hopefully restart my contributions with this incredibly long rant. There's 5 games left this season, right now we're 7-4 with a 2 game lead in our division, 1 game out of both 2nd & 3rd seed plus 4 games & tiebreakers out of the top seed. Here are our remaining games & my brief take on the opponents.

Here's an article on EssPenBoston that is worth sharing. With all the veteran losses, most of us were concerned about leadership on the Patriots' defensive side of the ball. After reading this, it was a very smart decision on Belichick's part to bring back Junior

The Patriots have a few problems.
1) Bill Belichick is being over-taxed. He is basically OC, Coach, and GM. (well, he does the Job of an OC and a head coach, but he also has quite a large responsibility in deciding his personnel). He needs a play caller and a player developer on the offensive side of the ball. Charlie Weis would be an

Ok, the smoke has cleared from the superdome from all the bullets the Saints fired at us. Where do we stand as a team? Is all hope lost?
We are still leading the AFC East. We have to play Miami and Buffalo left. more on that in a minute. Right now out record is 7-4. Here is a closer look at who we have left to play and the chances

to any who attended the game Monday night. I was informed by a Pats fan that went to the game that he left early due to the actions of some of our fans in attendence. As a season ticket holder myself although I was not in the Dome for this game. It is upsetting that a opposing fan cannot attend the game without some while I feel in the minority, throwing things at them and trying to pick fights. W

LOL....blown out 38-17. The Patriots got stomped in the Big Easy by the Saints. The Saints had 480 yards of offense. I thought Billy Boy was a genius? I thought he could plug in any player in any position and still shut down any offense? As always, the media has always made too much of

Move Light to RT when Vollmer gets back and move Kaszur to back up or starting RG. Obviously when a three man line beats yuo like a drum, it's time to shake things up. Vollmer's better than Light at this point, Kaszur's horrible against the edge rushers and Neal is beat up.
Bring in Weis, immediatly as OC or Offensive assistant! O'Brien does not know how to call plays. It's been evi

At the end of the season in an uncapped year it is time to say goodbye to the big OLB. He has produced virtually nothing this year, and he is an enormous burden to the cap. If they release him at the end of the season they won't have to take the enormous cap hit (but they still have to pay him). However, when 2011 rolls around they will have plenty of cap space to sign somebody who can actually ma

Am I the only one who is sick of the "C" word-- yes, "classy"-- being thrown around so much? It's like LaDainian Tomlinson started a trend a few years ago, and know players and fans won't stop using it. They use "class" or "classless" to describe everything from handshakes to bl
