Baltimore WR Kelley Washington caught one pass for 10 yards in the Week 9 loss at Cincinnati.

Baltimore RB Willis McGahee saw time in the Week 9 loss at Cincinnati but did not register any stats in the game. He barely registered in Week 8 for the Ravens and seems to be losing out on more carries every week.

Baltimore RB Ray Rice found the end zone in the Week 9 loss to the Bengals. Rice scored on a 2-yard run in the 4th quarter to score the Ravens' only touchdown in the game. He finished with 12 carries for 48 yards and the score and also led the team with eight catches for 87 more yards.

Baltimore QB Joe Flacco did not play well in a loss to the Bengals on Sunday of Week 9. Flacco was picked off twice in the game and finished 18 of 32 for 195 yards and no scores. He rushed twice for 3 yards as well. Flacco explained the loss by saying the Bengals just do things well. "They make good plays, and that's what they did today," he said after the game. Flacco was actually nearly picked two other times in the loss.

The Ravens signed DB K.J. Gerard, WR Justin Harper, WR Eron Riley and LB William VanDeSteeg to their practice squad on Sunday.

Baltimore LB Jarret Johnson picked up his fifth sack of the season on Sunday in a win over Denver. Johnson finished with three tackles in the game.

Baltimore TE Todd Heap struggled against the Bengals in a Week 9 loss. The entire passing game struggled and Heap caught three passes for 28 yards.

Baltimore DB Chris Carr picked up three tackles and a sack in a Week 8 win over previously unbeaten Denver.

Baltimore K Steven Hauschka missed the only field goal he attempted in the Week 9 loss at Cincinnati. Hauschka missed from 38 yards out with 6:17 left to play in the 4th quarter and the Ravens frantically trying to come back. He was 1 for 1 on PATs for a total of 1 point on the game.

Baltimore LB Terrell Suggs finished with four tackles and a sack in the Week 9 loss to the Bengals. Suggs now has 3.5 sacks on the season in eight games.

The Ravens have agreed to terms with former Falcons cornerback Domonique Foxworth on a four-year, $28 million contract that includes $16.5 million in guaranteed money. Foxworth played his college ball at The University of Maryland. In 14 games last year, he had 38 total tackles, one interception and 11 passes defensed.

Ravens defensive back Samari Rolle almost certainly won't play this season because of a neck injury. The 33-year-old Rolle was placed on the physically unable to perform list in August with hopes he might return, but surgery didn't correct the problem. Now his career could be done. Rolle missed six games in 2008 because of the injury. He underwent surgery last year, too, and has not practiced with the team this season. Rolle broke into the NFL in 1998 and went to the Pro Bowl in 2000. After starting his career with the Tennessee Titans, he came to the Ravens in 2005 and started all 16 games during his first two seasons in Baltimore. In 2007, he was diagnosed with epilepsy. That, along with a shoulder injury, limited him to six games that season.

Ravens wide receiver Marcus Smith will undergo season-ending right knee surgery after tearing his right anterior cruciate ligament in Thursday's game against the Redskins. The injury occurred while Smith was making a tackle during a special teams play in the Ravens' 23-0 victory. The surgery will take place within the next week or two, after the swelling subsides. "Upset more than anything. Frustrated," Smith said after the team's Saturday practice. "You've got to wait another year before you can come out here and prove yourself. So it's definitely a bummer, but I'll come back bigger and stronger and faster." Ravens coach John Harbaugh said, "It's a huge loss for the special teams. Marcus was playing as well as any rookie on special teams last season. You saw it in the game. That's a big strong gunner running down the field."
