The Bears will move Hunter Hillenmeyer inside and keep Lance Briggs on the outside. They might consider adding Derrick Brooks, who is a free agent and is familiar with the Bears' defensive scheme and coaches.

Wrist - IR. Out for the season

Bears K Robbie Gould, who equaled a season high with 12 points Week 12 at Minnesota, had only four against the Rams in Week 13. He hit a 38-yard field goal and also had an extra point.

The Bears will likely be without injured linebackers Hunter Hillenmeyer and Pisa Tinoisamoa when they host the Lions on Sunday. Both were listed as doubtful on Friday, with Tinoisamoa hobbled by a knee injury he suffered in the season opener at Green Bay and Hillenmeyer recovering from a rib injury in last week's win over Seattle. The latest occurred in the first quarter on a late hit by Marcus Benard following a 6-yard run. Jones is expected to undergo surgery next week, the team said Friday.
