The Eagles have listed the following players as inactive for Week 8 vs. the Giants: QB Kevin Kolb, DB Macho Harris, DL Victor Abiamiri, WR Kevin Curtis, DB Dimitri Patterson, RB Brian Westbrook.

Eagles cornerback and kick returner Ellis Hobbs is done for the season with a neck injury suffered in Sunday night's loss to Dallas. Hobbs was placed on injured reserve Wednesday and will require surgery. Eagles coach Andy Reid says the surgery should allow Hobbs to play again. Hobbs recorded 14 tackles in eight games as a backup. He also averaged 24.1 yards on 20 kickoff returns with a long of 63.

Neck - IR. Out for the season

Philadelphia RB Leonard Weaver rushed six times for 44 yards during a Week 12 win over the Redskins. Weaver had a long carry of 18 yards in the game. He also caught one pass for 4 yards.

Upset by press reports that starting middle linebacker Stewart Bradley could miss the season with a knee injury, Eagles coach Andy Reid says he's not talking about it. The Eagles confirmed Sunday night that Bradley suffered a knee injury in practice. On Monday, reports surfaced that the third-year pro has a torn ACL. After practice, Reid criticized the media instead of discussing the injury. He said some reporters violated his 'pact' with them, which he said dictates that they ask only him about team injuries, not players or other team personnel. "We won't talk about injuries today," Reid said. Reid did acknowledge Bradley's absence from practice. "He did not practice today, and that's where I'll leave it," he said. Eagles players did talk about Bradley. Said linebacker Chris Gocong: "Obviously it's really unfortunate, but that's football, and you really do have to roll with the punches and stay on your toes."

Knee - IR. Out for the season

To get down to the league-mandated 53-man roster, the Browns parted ways with the following players: DB Hamza Abdullah, FB Charles Ali, DB Brandon Anderson, QB Richard Bartel, DB Tra Battle, LB Beau Bell, LB Titus Brown, RB Noah Herron, DL Adam Hoppel, WR Paul Hubbard, DB Corey Ivy, RB Chris Jennings, WR Lance Leggett, WR Jordan Norwood, WR David Patten, DL Brian Schaefering, DL Santonio Thomas and TE Aaron Walker. DL Melila Purcell was waived/injured.

Reid said it will be a game-time decision as his secondary already deals with depth issues.

The NFL has suspended Eagles cornerback Joselio Hanson four games for violating the league's ban on performance enhancing substances. He will be eligible to return for Philadelphia's Week 14 game against the Giants. Hanson's attorney, David Cornwell, says his client was suspended after testing positive for a diuretic before last year's NFC Championship Game against Arizona. Cornwell says Hanson felt bloated after eating and took a pill that "turned out to be a diuretic." Cornwell says Hanson appealed but was notified on Tuesday that his suspension will stand. Hanson has 29 tackles and one interception this season.

Philadelphia RB Eldra Buckley rushed twice for 1 yard in the Week 12 win over Washington. He could get into the end zone in the 4th quarter from the 1 yard line on his first try but went again and finally broke through. It was his first touchdown of the season.

Knee - Missed Week 12 vs. Washington

Philadelphia WR DeSean Jackson caught two passes for 41 yards in Week 12 against Washington. Jackson scored on a 35-yard TD pass from Donovan McNabb in the 1st quarter. He left the game late in the second half with a head and neck injury that coach Andy Reid later described as a concussion. He was originally thought to be just a little banged up but he could not return to the game.

Concussion - Left Week 12 vs. Washington

For the second straight week, Browns coach Eric Mangini has waived a high draft pick of Cleveland's previous regime. Tight end Martin Rucker, a fourth-round selection in 2008, was waived by the Browns (0-2) on Tuesday along with defensive back Marquis Floyd.

Philadelphia QB Michael Vick rushed twice for four yards and threw one pass that was incomplete in the Week 12 win over Washington.

Philadelphia Eagles rookie tight end Cornelius Ingram has suffered a torn ACL in his left knee and is likely out for the season. The team said an MRI scan taken Saturday revealed the injury he sustained on Tuesday. The fifth-round pick missed his senior season at Florida after tearing the ACL in the same knee almost exactly a year ago. The Eagles are now thin at tight end, with only veteran Matt Schobel and undrafted rookie Eugene Bright behind starter Brent Celek.

The Eagles and rookie LB Moses Fokou have agreed to a four-year deal. Fokou was a seventh-round pick by the Eagles back in April's draft.

Philadelphia TE Brent Celek caught four passes for 33 yards in the Week 12 win over Washington. His long went for 15 yards. Celek sprained his thumb in the game apparently. The Eagles said X-rays were negative. Celek told a teammate he has torn ligaments in one of his hands after dropping three passes. Wide receiver Jeremy Maclin stopped a passing Celek at his locker and asked, "you good?" Celek told him, "No, I tore a few ligaments in my hand." Celek extended his left hand toward Maclin to take a look. Coach Andy Reid did not mention Celek's injury in his postgame press conference.

Thumb - Questionable for Week 13 at Atlanta

Philadelphia DL Darren Howard (ankle) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. The Eagles play host to Dallas Week 9.

The Green Bay Packers said Tuesday they've released linebacker Tracy White and signed rookie linebacker Danny Lansanah from the practice squad. White, a sixth-year player, appeared in 32 regular-season games and two playoff games for Green Bay. Lansanah signed with the Packers as a non-drafted free agent from Connecticut.

Philadelphia QB Donovan McNabb went 21 of 35 for 260 yards during a Week 12 come-from-behind victory over the Washington Redskins. McNabb threw one touchdown pass in the 1st quarter as he hit DeSean Jackson from 35 yards out. McNabb also threw an interception in the game and rushed for minus-2 yards on two carries.
