Andy Reid is in his second day meeting with Chiefs officials and that process has been going well, according to a source with knowledge of the situation. Reid was originally scheduled to arrive in Arizona to interview with the Cardinals on Wednesday, but the Chiefs talks continued into today. If he does take the Chiefs job, it would mean the end of Scott Pioli's GM tenure, according to league sources.
He also has an interview scheduled with the Chargers this weekend, according to league sources.

With the Cardinals owners very active in the Fiesta Bowl taking place Thursday night, doing a full interview there with Reid today was not possible. It remains to be seen whether Reid ends up making it to the Chargers interview pending interest from other teams.
He is a San Diego native and weeks ago league sources said that would be his top choice of the likely openings. Given the depth of the talks with the Chiefs, their division rivals, it remains to be seen what transpires before the weekend
