This year's All-Star Game will be played Sunday, Jan. 30 at the RBC Center in Raleigh, N.C.
Fans will select the starting six players (three forwards, two defenseman and one goaltender) for each team via votes. Ballotting runs through Jan. 3.
The NHL Hockey Operations department will fill out the remaining roster slots, and select 12 rookies to take part in the NHL SuperSkills competition.
Players will select captains for each team. The captains will then hold a "fantasy draft" on Jan. 28. Each team will be required to select three goaltenders, six defensemen and 12 forwards in any order they choose. The captains will then choose from the 12 rookies to fill out their team for the SuperSkills competition.
