The NHL held its annual lottery on April 14, 2009 to determine the top pick in this year's Entry Draft. The order of the final 16 picks will be determined after the conclusion of the Stanley Cup playoffs. The 2009 NHL Entry Draft will be held June 26-27, 2009 at the Bell Center in Montreal, Que., Canada.
