It appears that Nazem Kadri has arrived for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

He completed his first career hat trick during Thursday's game in New York, and he completed it with this magnificent individual effort that saw him completely undress Islanders defenseman Lubomir Visnovsky

That goal was his eighth of the season.

The No. 7 overall pick in 2009, Kadri entered Thursday's game with 18 points in 21 games. With Thursday's performance, he's nearly a point-per-game player for the season.

I don't know if the Maple Leafs will end their playoff drought this season, but the development of Kadri into a top-line player is a huge plus for the organization.
