Philadelphia's Harry Zolnierczyk recently had a game misconduct penalty rescinded by the league for a kneeing incident involving Washington's Mathieu Perrault.

He's not going to get that lucky this time, and he already has a hearing with NHL on Sunday for an incident in the first period of Saturday's game.

Zolnierczyk was ejected in the first period of Saturday's 2-1 win over the Ottawa Senators for delivering this massive hit on Mike Lundin as he skated across the blue line.

The key questions to ask, and the very things that Brendan Shanahan will be looking for when he inevitably reviews the hit: Did Zolnierczyk leave his feet before contact, and was the head the principle point of contact and the target?

Along with the game misconduct, Zolnierczyk received a five-minute major for charging.

The Senators did not score on the ensuing power play, due in large part to some strong goaltending from Ilya Bryzgalov.

Ottawa coach Paul MacLean announced after the game that Lundin suffered a concussion as a result of the hit.
