Shawn Matthias with incredible effort for shorthanded goal

Entering Thursday's game, Florida Panthers forward Shawn Matthias had never scored a shorthanded goal in his NHL career.

That changed in the second period against the Bruins when he used this incredible effort to give the Panthers their first goal of the night. Watch as he dives to win a race for the puck against Dougie Hamilton, and then beats Tuukka Rask with a nifty move in close around the net.
