If the Detroit Red Wings end up missing the playoffs they're going to look back at games like Wednesday's 3-2 loss to the Calgary Flames and probably want to kick themselves.

Detroit's loss combined with Columbus winning in Anaheim dropped the Red Wings out of the top-eight in the Western Conference playoff race for the time being.

Not even this crazy, completely ridiculous goal from Detroit's Johan Franzen, which he scored on an innocent looking dump-in from the neutral zone, was enough to get the Wings a much-needed win.

Well that's not one for the Miikka Kiprusoff highlight reel and is probably his Vesa Toskala moment for his career.

On the plus side, he ended up getting the last laugh as his team was still able to get the win.
