Fan reaction videos come out all the time, typically capturing the exact moment something big happens in an important game, like the reactions to Landon Donovan's World Cup goal against Algeria. Well, a group of Maple Leafs fans decided to record their reactions throughout Game 7 of Toronto's first-round series against the Boston Bruins.

The Leafs fans did capture the exuberance of the positive Toronto moments in the game like Phil Kessel's and Nazem Kadri's early third-period goals. As we know now, things changed rather quickly and the reactions are a little heartbreaking. (Warning: Some NSFW language in the video.)

This video is kind of a wonderful encapsulation of the emotions of being a fan. It's not over-dramatic. It's pretty honest. The disbelief on the fans' faces as Patrice Bergeron ties the score almost gives you a pit in your own stomach.

When Bergeron scores the winner, one despondent fan asks the question we were all asking after that game: “How?”
