The New York Rangers and Boston Bruins seemed to be destined for overtime in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series on Tuesday night until Daniel Paille scored what had to be the most bizarre goal of the postseason.

This was a case of a bad bounce turning into, well, a good bounce for the Bruins.

What a bounce.

With that, the Bruins have a commanding 3-0 series lead and pushed the Rangers to the brink of elimination.
