In the third period of Chicago's 3-2 win in Los Angeles on Thursday night, Kings forward Dustin Penner hit Dave Bolland with what appeared to be an elbow of the head.

There was no penalty called on the play but it was definitely a play that the NHL was going to review.

As it turns out, the NHL did review it and as of Friday morning no hearing has been scheduled.

If you missed it on Thursday, this is the play.

It's the second play borderline play involving Bolland this series as he was guilty of the hit on Kings forward Mike Richards that knocked him out of the past three games.

There was also no penalty on discipline from the league as a result of that play.
