If you invest in the latest edition of the NHL video game from EA Sports' franchise, you're going to get a pretty good deal, a 2-for-1.

OK, not really. But in the NHL 14 game, EA will continue to pay tribute to the 20th anniversary of what many consider the best hockey video game ever made, NHL 94. Specifically, you can play an updated version of the classic game, complete with blue ice and retro sounds.

And, of course, NHL 94 wouldn't be complete without Jeremy Roenick, and he's in it, too. So you can relive some of your glory days with the classic game on a new console.

The only way that this could be better is if it were much closer to the original game in terms of graphics and game play, but those days are long gone I guess. Now, if EA could only get the rights to do this for Blades of Steel, we'd really be onto something.

PS: Bonus points for the really cool trailer.
