The NHL officially unveiled the jerseys the Anaheim Ducks and Los Angeles Kings will be wearing for the Stadium Series game at Dodger Stadium on Jan. 27. They're... unique.

Using the chrome logos the NHL debuted last month, the league is looking more towards the future with their Stadium Series threads as opposed to the more traditional looks of the Winter and Heritage Classics.

The Kings are doubling down on silver with their jerseys, while the Ducks are taking a more in-your-face orange approach, apparently.

Here's a look at more details of the jersey including the team's shoulder patches. The Kings' patch reads "LA," while the Ducks will bear "OC" on their left shoulders.

They're not wholly ugly, I don't think. The Kings' jerseys might actually look pretty sharp once on the ice. The sad thing about the Ducks' jerseys is that they're not Mighty Ducks jerseys and they're very orange.

You can't really fault the NHL for trying something new, though. With the multiple outdoor games this season, might as well go all in on one-off jerseys.
