It's not every day a Florida kid gets on television for his hockey prowess, but that's what Jake Levy did Monday. The forward for Cypress Bay hockey scored a pretty incredible goal on a penalty shot recently.

We've seen the between-the-legs goal before, of course. Marek Malik famously did it to end the NHL's longest shootout and more recently San Jose Sharks rookie Tomas Hertl did it in live game action against the New York Rangers earlier this year.

Either way, you've got to give the young man credit for pulling the move of at all. Flawlessly executed, too. It landed him as the No. 1 play on ESPN's SportsCenter. That's obviously a pretty big deal for any kid.

Then you have to remember for every great goal, there's always a goalie who is made to look bad. The netminder Levy pulled his now YouTube-famous move on took it all in stride, though.

Looks like we've got a regular @strombone1 in the making here.
