Wednesday brough us the great story of Sam Tageson and how the San Jose Sharks and Make-a-Wish Foundation helped make the 18-year-old fan's dream come true to be a member of the Sharks. He signed a one-day contract, got to suit up with the team in the dressing room and even became the first non-active player to ever skate out through the shark head for a game.
It was pretty spectacular, the emotional scene so powerful. What you might have noticed in the video of Sam's big day was that he was equipped with a Go-Pro camera on his helmet to make it that much more memorable.
So if you ever wondered what it looked like to be an NHL player heading from the room to the ice before a game, check out the video above, most of it from the view atop Tageson's hemlet.
Not to mention Upper Deck is wondering if they shouldn't make a card for to commemorate Tageson's Sharks career.
This story doesn't stop being cool.
