In the playoffs, games are supposed to tighten up and every bit of space is supposed to be tough to come by.
Steven Stamkos is immune to these expectations.
In what was a pretty simple set play, Stamkos took the puck from behind his own net and then just breezed through all three zones, going right by Brandon Prust as if he were a pylon, and fired a wrist shot that beat Canadiens goalie Carey Price on the far side.
Coast. To. Coast. What a play.
It was not Price's finest moment, getting beat from a sharp angle but credit to that shot too, perfect placement and pace.
When you see plays like that it's amazing to think the Lightning looked as though they hardly missed him when he was injured this season because not many NHL players can do that.
