The Chicago Blackhawks were without agitating forward Andrew Shaw for their Game 2 win over the Minnesota Wild and according to head coach Joel Quenneville, they'll be without him for Game 3 Tuesday night as well. Shaw suffered a lower-body injury during Game 1 after taking a heavy body check from Wild defenseman Clayton Stoner.

Shaw, who has four points in seven postseason games, is not traveling with the Blackhawks to St. Paul according to CSNChicago.com. He is still listed as day-to-day, but Quenneville remains optimistic Shaw ill return to the lineup soon.

Via ESPN.com:

"We still think he'll be going the next part of this trip, could play Friday [in Game 4] or next game," Quenneville said prior to leaving for Minnesota on Monday afternoon.

The Blackhawks are often pretty quiet on anything involving injuries or their lineup, so it's anyone's guess what Game 3's configuration will look like with Shaw still out.

The Blackhawks managed pretty well without Shaw, who typically provides some scoring depth and excels at getting under opponents' skin while being available as a center or wing, on Sunday. Chicago leads the series 2-0, but face a tough road test against the Wild who won all three home games in their first-round series against the Colorado Avalanche.
