Henrik Lundqvist is on the move, not from his team of course, but his home. He's probably technically movin' on up, after signing that seven-year, $59.5 million extension with the New York Rangers last season. The veteran goaltender has put his Hell's Kitchen penthouse up for sale.

How much might something like that run you? Oh, about $6.5 million or approximately one year of Thomas Vanek. If you couldn't guess, it's a nice property.

The 310 West 52nd St. duplex penthouse is being shopped by The Modlin Group, which described the property thusly on its listing:

This stunning duplex penthouse residence is the perfect blend of privacy and luxury. On the upper level, you are greeted with a sleek entertaining space: open chef's kitchen, dining area, living area, and powder room. The dramatic floor to ceiling windows frame the magnificent Central Park, Hudson River, and iconic city views. The expansive private outdoor terrace (approx. 1000 square feet) is accessed from this level. The terrace is decked with Ipe wood and is truly perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Enjoy sunsets and cocktails at the outdoor bar with TV or relax in a hot tub overlooking NYC. On the lower level, there is a media room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The split bedroom layout allows for privacy. The master bedroom suite has a dressing area with extensive customized closets and luxurious en suite windowed bathroom.

The Link is a full service condominium with full time doorman/concierge, fitness center, and outdoor courtyard. Located in a most convenient midtown west location steps from Central Park, Columbus Circle, Whole Foods, and the finest restaurants, shopping, theater, and public transportation.

Here's a few other images of King Henrik's palace (you can see even more here).

Lifestyles of the rich and famous. Not bad at all.
