• Luke Schenn decided to visit Pierre McGuire during the middle of the game on Sunday night and not in the traditional sense. Wrong bench, bud.
• The Rangers have reportedly signed Mats Zuccarello to a new deal to bring him back from the KHL. It's nice to have him back and all, but don't look for him to be the solution in New York right now. (Steve Zipay)
• Part of the reason the Rangers have struggled so much is because Brad Richards has all but disappeared. This is a slump like he's never had before. (New York Post)
