The night belonged to Daniel Alfredsson, but he wasn't the only individual making his big return to Ottawa for a Senators game. Also in attendance, in his rightful place behind the Senators bench was Paul MacLean and behind him, his jarring lookalike.

He popped up at a Senators game last season and even showed up during the playoffs. Now he's stealing Alfie's thunder in his first game back as an opponent with the Detroit Red Wings after the unceremonious end to his Ottawa career.

This guy really sells it. The jacket, the tie and a new addition to his lookalike act, a Sens lapel pin.

On a night it would be hard to overshadow one of the franchise's all-time greats, Fake Paul MacLean found a way (if only for a few minutes).
