San Jose Sharks not interested in talking about 'Sharknado'
You can make a 'Sharknado' joke at the San Jose Sharks at your own risk. They're not messing around on Friday.
Sharknado, an absurd science fiction movie about a killer storm that filled the streets of Los Angeles with sharks (seriously), created quite a buzz on the Internet after its television debut on Thursday night.
Since one of the NHL's franchises is named the Sharks, several people tried to have a little fun at the club's expense on Friday.
The Sharks ended up getting the best of everybody who tried.
And then the St. Louis Blues tried to play along as well.
@StLouisBlues We heard it was about a science fiction movie on television, not a playoff game from two years ago.— San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) July 12, 2013
