VIDEO: Blackhawks score twice in 17 seconds to win Stanley Cup
Bryan Bickell tied Game 6 with less than a minute and a half to go and then Dave Bolland scored 17 seconds later for the Blackhawks win.
The Chicago Blackhawks looked like they were a minute and a half from going back to Chicago for a Game 7 to try and win the Stanley Cup. That's when they scored not once but twice in a span of 17 seconds to clinch their second Stanley Cup in four years.
Corey Crawford had just exited the Blackhawks bench when the Blackhawks' fought hard on the forecheck before Jonathan Toews -- the captain -- ended with the puck on his stick and found Bryan Bickell wide open in front of the net for the shocking, game-tying goal.
Just seconds later the Blackhawks' second line repeated the feat with Dave Bolland putting home the winner. The Blackhawks celebrated while leaving the Bruins and the crowd at TD Garden stunned. The real celebration began about a minute later when the Blackhawks were officially crowned Stanley Cup champions.
