VIDEO: Brandon Saad had a busy first period in Game 4
Brandon Saad had a hand in both goals scored during the first period of Game 4. One for the Blackhawks, and one for the Bruins.
BOSTON -- Brandon Saad was at the center of just about everything that happened during the first period of Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final.
First, with the Blackhawks on the penalty kill, Saad set up Michal Handzus on an odd-man rush with a fantastic pass for a shorthanded goal to open the scoring.
Plays like that are what get a rookie forward more time on the penalty kill.
Unfortunately for Saad and the Blackhawks, this happened on Chicago's next penalty kill.
