For years now people in hockey have raved about young Connor McDavid. He's been labled the next big superstar in the sport as he has dazzled throughout the amateur ranks in Canada. He'll undoubtedly be the top pick in the 2015 draft and teams will likely be falling all over themselves -- perhaps literally in terms of tanking -- for a shot at him.

This is a pretty good example of why. The above video is from a goal McDavid -- aka McJesus -- scored on Wednesday night in the OHL. It only does the goal part justice as you can see him going right around the defenseman.

But to truly appreciate the beauty of the play, check out this Instagram video (via @TSNMattCade) and watch him turn that poor defenseman around, inside-out and without his jock.

Losing in 2014-15 is going to sting a lot less knowing the chances of getting McDavid go up with every pointless gmae.
