VIDEO: Krys Barch pulls out tooth in penalty box, 'throws' it to fan
Florida Panthers tough guy Krys Barch pulled a tooth out in the penalty box. With no where to put it, he pretended to throw it to a lucky Capitals fan.
Krys Barch had his face busted up a little bit in the Florida Panthers game against the Washington Capitals tonight. While sitting in the penalty box, he actually ended up pulling out a tooth, something that seems to be happening a lot lately in the NHL.
However, since he was in the penalty box, he didn’t have a trainer to give it to. So who better to hold onto it for him than one of the Washington Capitals fans next to the box?
Seems like as good a place as any.
According to NHL.com, Barch didn’t actually throw his tooth to the Caps fans, but I don’t think they have any glasses of milk laying around the penalty box for safe keeping either. That baby could be long gone by now.
Game pucks or sticks are great to bring home as souvenirs, but think of the kind of conversation piece a player’s tooth would be.
