Colorado Avalanche forward Ryan O'Reilly suffered a rather bizarre injury on Tuesday: He was hurt in the post-goal celebration.
The post-goal hug in hockey is as simple and innocuous of a thing in the game. If there is anything in the sport of hockey that should be safe it's when you're in the arms of your teammates while celebrating.

You can see the moment that something goes wrong in his shoulder and he has to leave the party a little early before going right to the dressing room. Adrian Dater of the Denver Post reports O'Reilly jammed his shoulder and it could cost him Thursday's game against Ottawa.
