Lightning coach Jon Cooper might not have won the Jack Adams Award as the NHL's top coach on Tuesday night, but he won another completely made-up award: funniest coach.

Seeing as how Cooper left his job as a lawyer to become a hockey coach, he has always been cut from a different cloth than most coaches. He's a bit more open than most and as it turns out, funnier too. He soaked up the atmosphere on the Red Carpet -- which, to his pleasant surprise was actually red -- and the Lightning had cameras a mic to catch it all.

Is there any doubt that Cooper is not only a heck of a coach but quite the personality, too? No, no there's not.
