Sheppard watches from press box: The Sports Xchange reports Wild C Benoit Pouliot, scratched the last three games, returned to the lineup Saturday against the Stars in place of C James Sheppard, who was scratched for the second time this season. Wild coach Todd Richards said Pouliot was benched so long because he didn't want to change a winning lineup after consecutive wins last weekend. "But I don't want average, I don't want mediocre. I want more than that," Richards said.
