  • Capitals' T.J. Oshie: Scores team's lone goal in regulation

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(4/22/17) Oshie found the back of the net on the power play in Friday's 2-1, Game 5 overtime win over the Maple Leafs.

The crafty winger tracked down a Nicklas Backstrom shot that hit the crossbar, and then tucked in the rebound on a backhand. Oshie is currently tied with Pittsburgh's Sidney Crosby for the third-most playoff points at seven.

Capitals' T.J. Oshie: Scores twice to secure Game 4

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(4/19/17) Oshie scored two goals -- including the game-winning tally -- during Wednesday's Game 4 win over Toronto.

After dishing out four assists through the first three games of the series, Oshie found the goals column Wednesday. He's registered a point in each game of the series and provides significant fantasy upside due to his role on the top line and No. 1 power-play unit.

Capitals' T.J. Oshie: Collects two helpers in Game 3 loss

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(4/18/17) Oshie picked up two first-period assists during Monday's Game 3 loss to Toronto.

Oshie is now up to four assists through the first three games of the series, and he's found the scoresheet in each outing. The veteran winger is locked into a go-to offensive role, and with the series likely to have a few more high-scoring contests before either team advances, Oshie's a strong bet to continue producing.

Capitals' T.J. Oshie: Sitting out finale

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(4/9/17) Oshie will not play in the team's regular-season finale Sunday against the Panthers, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.

Oshie will simply get a day of rest Sunday and should be back in action for the team's first playoff game. The electric winger finishes 2016-17 with 56 points (career-high 33 goals, 23 assists) on 143 shots while posting a career-best plust-28 rating.

Capitals' T.J. Oshie: Scores overtime winner against Wild

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(3/29/17) Oshie scored twice in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime win in Minnesota.

Oshie bookended the scoring, giving his team a 1-0 lead 11:36 into the game and ending the contest with the game-winner 1:52 into overtime. He and teammate Alex Ovechkin entered this one tied for the team lead with 30 goals apiece, but the Russian actually ended the night back on top by himself thanks to a hat trick. Both wingers are thriving on a line with Eastern Conference assists leader Nicklas Backstrom, and they should continue to do so down the stretch for a Washington team that's inching closer to locking up its second consecutive Presidents' Trophy.
