| RW Aaron Downey is eager to get back on the ice after a year off from hockey. He will attend Wings training camp on a tryout. Downey, who turns 36 on Aug. 27, played in 56 games for the Wings in 2007-08 after earning a one-year contract following a training camp tryout.
