Clark out with hand injury: The Sports Xchange reports Avalanche D Brett Clark is out indefinitely with a hand injury. He was injured Sunday against the Ducks and is undergoing more tests. He has missed just one game since the injury.

Clark's 2007-08 season came to an end due to a shoulder injury and now his 2008-09 season might prematurely end due to a hand injury. It has been a disappointing campaign for Clark, who has a career-worst minus-16 mark. He has gone from being a potential No. 4 or No. 5 Fantasy defenseman to a player with limited appeal when healthy.
