Clark makes return from injury: Washington Capitals captain Chris Clark played for the first time since January, taking the place of suspended enforcer Donald Brashear for Tuesday night's Game 7 against the New York Rangers. Brashear was suspended six games by the NHL for two separate incidents in Game 6. Clark had not played since Jan. 27 because of a wrist injury.

Clark didn't have a point in 8:13 of ice time Tuesday, but it was nice to see him back out on the ice. If he can play in a few more games, he might get his confidence up heading into 2009-10 after two straight injury-plagued seasons. Clark flashed 30-goal potential in the past, but will be a low-end, injury-risk Fantasy option Draft Day.
