Coburn ejected during Sunday's game: Flyers defenseman Braydon Coburn was ejected in the closing seconds of the middle period Sunday against the Rangers after hitting Nik Antropov in the head with his stick near center ice, drawing a match penalty. New York scored only once on the advantage, but coupled with Andrew Alberts' charging infraction on Sean Avery, Philadelphia was short-handed for the first 7 minutes of the third. "It was retaliation," Coburn said. "I was kind of protecting myself. I thought he was going to come at me again."

It wouldn't be a big surprise if Coburn drew a suspension for his actions, but we will just have to wait-and-see. Coburn doesn't have a point in 10 games and has been very disappointing offensively in 2008-09 after a breakout season in 2007-08. Coburn logs a lot of PT when active, but has dropped to being a No. 5 or No. 6 Fantasy forward.
