Higgins back on top line: The Sports Xchange reports Rangers LW Christopher Higgins was moved back to the top line on the left side of leading scorers Marian Gaborik and Vaclav Prospal on Monday against Columbus after spending the previous few games playing center because of injuries to Chris Drury and Brandon Dubinksy. Higgins has just two goals in 22 games. "We want stability with the lines, but we can't have that while we have our people out," coach John Tortorella said. "I just want that winger to be able to get loose pucks and be responsible away from the puck -- that will allow Vinny and Gabby to anticipate. Sometimes, too, I want to use that spot to get a guy going."
