| Boston G Tim Thomas |
|
In series dominated by the Bruins' offense, it's easy to
overlook Thomas' effort. The netminder finished with a .943 save
percentage and a 1.50 goals-against average and never allowed
more than two goals in a game. But what really stood out is the
fact Thomas' Bruins trailed for a total of 23:31 in the
series. The netminder never let the Canadiens gain serious
momentum in four games, and it demoralized them.
