Series MVP
Stars G Marty Turco

Turco
If Turco didn't silence his critics during the conference quarterfinals, he is sure to have done so now. In a series where five of six games were decided by one goal and four in overtime, Turco gave Dallas the edge, outdueling Vezina candidate Evgeni Nabokov in the process. The Stars netminder held the Sharks to two goals or less in all but one contest. He capped the series with his most impressive performance thus far, stopping a career-high and franchise-record 61 shots in Game 6.
