We have another Original Six team on the defense against an attractive, marketable sweater. While the whale of the Vancouver jersey and their color (or "colour" for our Canadian friends) is attractive, exactly what does that have to do with Canada or Canucks again? Originally, the term was coined in the 19th century to represent French Canadians and now can be used to describe most Canadians. Speaking of which, what is more Canadian than the Maple Leaf? This is a matter of tradition versus flashy and newfangled. For those with old-school leanings, the nod has to be to Hogtown.
