The NHL's leading scorer, Alexander Semin, was scratched after suffering an upper body injury in Caps' 3-1 victory over Devils Friday in Washington. He took five minutes of warmups before leaving the ice last night. Caps also sat out Sergei Fedorov, while Michael Nylander returned to their lineup. . . . Langenbrunner asked for league review of goal awarded him against Rangers Wednesday, claiming it belonged to Parise on a tip. The league agreed yesterday, giving Parise 12 on the year, tied for second in NHL behind Semin's 13.
