Reasoner returns to lineup
--Center Marty Reasoner returned to the lineup Tuesday for the first time suffering a broken thumb on Jan. 6. The veteran center had two shots on goal and an even rating in 11:33 of ice time, including nearly two minutes shorthanded.
--Defenseman Ty Wishart appeared in 20 games for the Islanders after he was acquired from Tampa Bay last season for goalie Dwayne Roloson, but he was recalled from AHL Bridgeport on Monday for the first time this season. The 23-year-old Wishart, who didn't appear in Tuesday's 3-1 win in Winnipeg, has four goals and 15 points in 48 games for Bridgeport this season.
"If other guys don't do their jobs, then Ty will get an opportunity," coach Jack Capuano said.
QUOTE TO NOTE
