Ottawa remains perfect on Valentine's Day

--It appears there are certain dates on which the Senators really pour their heart into their work. Like Feb. 14, for instance. With their win Tuesday, they now own a 6-0 record on Valentine's Day.

--The Senators' power play was good on one of two chances, and a big one it was. Jason Spezza's shot from the point gave them a more comfortable, 2-0 lead late in the second. It was their first shot on goal in a span of 12 minutes and one second.
