GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Unrestricted free-agent center Yanic
Perreault signed a one-year contract with the Phoenix
Coyotes on Sunday.
The 35-year-old Perreault, noted as a faceoff specialist, had 22 goals
and 35 assists for a career-high 57 points in 69 games last season for
Nashville.
He has 217 goals and 464 points in 740 games in 12 NHL seasons with
Toronto, Los Angeles, Montreal and Nashville.
Phoenix has lost five of its last six games to fall to 3-9.
