News
Zetterberg assisted on a pair of Pavel Datsyuk goals -- one on the power play -- in Monday's 3-0 win over Florida.

It's been a season of decline for Zetterberg, thanks in part to not having Datsyuk alongside him early on, but he's been a little more reliable lately, notching six points over the last eight games. Zetter continues to play huge minutes on the top line for Detroit, and considering his track record, the thought of a scoring outburst over the season's last two months isn't far-fetched. At 35 years old, he's still got something left in the tank.

News
Datsyuk directed seven shots on goal and got two of them -- one on a power play -- past Florida goalie Al Montoya in Monday night's 3-0 victory.

Both tallies were just insurance, a Petr Mrazek spun a shutout for the Wings, but they're huge for Datsyuk, who hadn't found net in the last eight contests. Fortunately, he continued racking up assists even while the shots weren't finding twine. Even though his season point-scoring pace is still on the slow side by his standards, things look like they're trending up for The Magic Man, who's netted consecutive two-point games and seems primed for a strong run down the stretch.

Groin - Day-To-Day (Updated - 2/10/16)
News
Green (groin) remains day-to-day but will not play against the Senators on Wednesday.

Groin injuries have a tendency to linger, so Green could be out a few more games. He did take part in Wednesday's optional skate, and his next chance to return to the lineup will be Friday against Colorado.

News
Abdelkader registered an assist in a 3-0 win against Florida on Monday.

More significantly, a hit from Abdelkader knocked Aleksander Barkov out of the game with a likely concussion. No penalty was called, so a suspension is unlikely. Abdelkader has been producing at a decent clip since the All-Star Break, with three points in four games.

News
Tatar's 16th goal of the season ended up being the game-winner in a 3-0 victory over Florida on Monday.

Tatar has been on fire since the All-Star Break, with five points in four games. He's nipping at Dylan Larkin's heels for the team lead in goals, and should be in your lineup if you have him.

Petr Mrazek, # 34

News
Mrazek won again Wednesday, stopping 22 of 23 shots as Detroit beat the visiting Senators 3-1.

That's three straight victories and five in the last six games for Mrazek, whose 21 wins are a huge reason why the Red Wings currently hold second place in the Atlantic Division. He's been one of the biggest surprises between the pipes in the NHL this year with the way he's taken over the starting reigns from veteran Jimmy Howard, and now owns an impeccable 21-10-4 record. Even more impressive are his rate stats (1.94 GAA, .934 save percentage), so props to you if you had the foresight to acquire him this season.

Larkin tallied his 20th assist of the year in a 3-0 shutout of the Panthers on Monday.

Larkin just continues to produce, with five points in his last three games to take him to 38 in 52 games. He also has a plus-26 and will be in the running for the Calder Trophy by the end of the season.
