News
Cammalleri will return to the lineup Tuesday to take on the Senators after serving as a healthy scratch for the last two games, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.

While not as productive as he was last season, Cammalleri is by no means having a bad offensive season in 2016-17, with 10 goals and 30 points in 51 games. That said, there is more to the game than recording points for your personal statline. Head coach John Hynes alluded to "other situations" rather than the "end result" being the reason for why Cammalleri has watched the last two games from the press box. Usually when coaches make comments like these, they're referring to a player's play away from the puck. It will be interesting to see if Cammalleri takes his coach's criticism to heart, and if he does, how it will affect his offensive game.

News
Quincey (upper body) will make his return to the lineup Tuesday against Ottawa, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.

The veteran defenseman has been sidelined for the team's last six games, and will skate with Damon Severson on the second pairing. Quincey has never provided much offense, but is a reliable defender who isn't afraid to sacrifice his body, as evidenced by his 71 hits and 69 blocked shots through 51 games in 2016-17.

News
Zajac scored on the power play Tuesday against the Senators.

Zajac's contribution cut Ottawa's lead in half with 13:23 to play, but his team was never able to get the equalizer and ultimately fell 2-1. The veteran center has four points in his past three games, and has now topped the 20-minute mark in six of his past seven games after skating 21:33 in this one.

News
Schneider made 21 saves in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Senators.

Schneider has held six of his past seven opponents to two or fewer goals, but is just 4-3-0 over that span. The Devils rank 29th in scoring at 2.27 goals per game, so it's no surprise that wins have been hard to come by for the American netminder. Things only get harder from here with four of New Jersey's next five opponents ranking among the top five in the Eastern Conference standings.

News
Hall posted a goal, two assists and five shots in a 6-4 loss to the Islanders on Sunday. Two of his three points came on the man advantage.

The 14 goals and 40 points that Hall has posted in his first season with the Devils might not seem like much, but he actually has a higher points per 60 minutes average this season than last (2.48 versus 2.52). And although he isn't getting as many shots to the net, Hall has recorded five shots or more in four of his eight games this month. He could produce a little bit more on the power play, but Sunday was a good start.

News
Kinkaid allowed six goals on 32 shots in a 6-4 loss to the Islanders on Sunday.

This was his first start since just before the All-Star break and clearly, it showed. Kinkaid has now allowed 10 goals and posted a .796 save percentage in his last two starts. Those two games alone have lowered his save percentage for the season from .925 to .913. Right now, start Kinkaid at your own risk.

News
Zacha (undisclosed) will be reevaluated Wednesday after leaving Tuesday's game against the Senators, Andrew Gross of the North Jersey Record reports.

Head coach John Hynes said Zacha wasn't ready to come back to Tuesday's game after leaving for treatment in the locker room. The coach did not specify the exact nature of Zacha's injury. It's a tough blow for fantasy owners, as Zacha entered the game on quite the roll, emerging as a decent option in fantasy pools of 12 or more teams.
